Three engagements, written up at the level of detail we would use in a project review: the constraints, the sequence, what it runs on, and what changed.

These are reference engagements. Each one is drawn from the work we do most often, and the client identity and anything that would reveal it are left out deliberately. The technical decisions, the constraints and the sequencing are the real ones, and we will walk you through any of them line by line on a call. For named client references, ask us directly.

Machine data lived in three incompatible systems and a shift supervisor notebook. We put one number in front of the plant manager, and made the reason for every stop a tap on a tablet.

Short shots and flow lines were being found on the customer assembly line. We put a camera and a small model at the press, and the parts stopped leaving the building.
